There are 4 warehouses in our portfolio – all of which are situated in Montague Gardens, Milnerton, and are compliant with both our in-house as well as our clients’ household insurance requirements.

Fire / Flood & Burglary
Our standard single units are approximately 4m x 2m x 2.4m, giving a volume of 19m³ (or 672ft³). These units typically hold the contents of a two-bedroom home. (R700 p/m)
Our larger units are approximately 4m x 2.8m x 2.4m, giving a volume of 27m³ (or 945ft³). These units typically hold the contents of a 2/3 bedroom home. (R950 p/m)
Access to your stored goods is granted during our office hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm). Express Removals also offers assistance, at a nominal fee, in regard to accessing/rearranging goods in units, as required.
We highly recommend that customers make use of our packing service or packaging products when storing for extended periods of time and opt for insurance for safe keeping and peace of mind.
Clients opting to use their own insurance should contact us to confirm which premises their goods will be held at.
Your storage contract runs on a month-to-month basis, and you are only required to give two weeks’ notice before removing your items.
Should you be looking for a long-term solution, you can take advantage of getting 12 months’ storage for the price of 11 – if paid up front.
